First Impression: Intense. Beautiful.
This is the stories of a pride of lions who escape from a zoo in Baghdad. It’s haunting and beautiful. Powerful and gripping, a real page turner. Highly recommend this. Possibly a favorite of the year. I love this. The art was amazing, the writing was fantastic (Brian K. Vaughan of course). The whole thing was brilliant. It is a bit violent so it’s not for younger readers but wow this was amazing and intense.
