3 Stars, Borrow it
Pictures are standard for the series. Overall not terrible, but the facts were pretty basic and nothing interesting or unique.
The sentence on tusk like incisors is badly written and needs to be reworked. It’s like an editor never looked at it. The author also forgot her typically last sentence of I hope you learned about____ today. Again, she didn’t edit at all. If you like short little books like this, I’d really recommend the National Geographic kids books instead of these.
