I know next to nothing about Wombats so I thought this would be a good one for this weeks Look and Learn. They are pretty cute marsupials that are native to Australia. They look like a weird cross between pigs, beavers and a Koala (My description, not the books). They typically move slowly but when threatened they can run quickly. Wombats can be extremely aggressive.
One of the best ones in the series. Almost none of the pictures were pixilated and most were of a size you could actually view the images. This one was also very strong on facts and didn’t have any offensive images (I’ve read ones where they showed a dead animal and these books are meant for kids!) I recommend reading this one.
